Meet Fabian: Trust the Process
Fabian joined the journey at Mile High Workshop in 2025, graduated our 8-week stability cohort and advanced to our 12-week work experience program as a leader on KONG. Fabian is part of our alumni network and is building a career in manufacturing and as a house manager in sober living.
After ten months at Mile High Workshop, Fabian has accepted a full-time position with a local medical supply manufacturer. When asked what was most exciting about the new job, the answer was simple: "Oh, that's easy—I get to help save lives!"
Fabian's story is a reminder that lasting transformation takes time. At Mile High WorkShop, the goal isn't simply finding jobs—it's helping people build sustainable futures.
